Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and generate opportunities. Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems. Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales, client service, and lead management. Represent the brokerage with professionalism during negotiations and closings. Build relationships with clients through consultations, property tours, and consistent communication. Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly. No license required - we’ll help you hit the ground running! Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment. Willingness to learn proven systems and accept feedback. Highly driven with strong time management and organizational skills. Compensation
