Responsibilities
Assign the appropriate opportunity number as part of initiating the proposal process and record it in the designated proposal log or software.
Set up proposal folders in ProjectWise for each opportunity and create a Teams channel when needed.
File (and later archive) all bid documents in the appropriate ProjectWise location.
Distribute RFP documents, updates, and related materials to internal stakeholders promptly.
Schedule and support proposal meetings, including kickoffs, status meetings, and page-turn reviews.
Prepare, revise, and update staff resumes for proposal submittals and maintain them in the appropriate repository.
Support and service small-revenue or quick-turn proposals as needed.
Prepare, update, and maintain MSAs, SF330 sections, questionnaires, and other compliance-driven materials.
Support the development of clear, client-focused proposal content aligned with company standards.
Support the maintenance of proposal templates, content library, and standard supporting materials to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
Demonstrate self-drive and organizational skills in carrying out assigned tasks.
Proficiency in marketing, writing, graphic design, data analytics, and project management.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
