We are seeking a Bar Porter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage Function within our organisation. Main Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar and service areas.

Replenish bar stock during service, including beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware.

Assist Bartenders by preparing basic garnishes and mixes.

Transport supplies from the storeroom and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).

Sweep, mop, and keep bar floors clean, dry, and safe throughout the shift.

Collect and transport soiled glassware/wares to the dishwashing area.

Set up bar stations, restock using opening checklists, and support closing procedures.

Check refrigeration and glass-washer temperatures and report irregularities.

Ensure efficient use of supplies to support cost‑control standards.

Maintain cleanliness of sinks, bar tools, ice bins, and all work surfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least one (1) year of experience in a Bar Porter or similar support role.

Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage service.

Ability to input and access information in POS/PMS systems.

Physically able to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, stretching, pushing, and carrying.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
