In this pivotal role, you’ll turn digital inquiries into meaningful connections and qualified appointments for our onsite sales team.

What You’ll Do As the Online Sales Concierge, you’ll manage Hubbell Homes’ online sales initiatives and guide prospective buyers throughout the early stages of their home search. You will:
Respond to all emails, voicemails, LiveChats, sales line calls, and online inquiries within one hour
Build rapport, establish trust, and set clear expectations with prospective buyers
Qualify leads based on needs, timelines, and interests
Provide consistent follow‑up to nurture online prospects and set appointments with our onsite New Home Specialists
Share community details, floorplans, marketing materials, and helpful resources
Use lead‑management software (HubSpot experience a plus!)
Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns
Track and report on lead activity, conversions, and sales metrics
Monitor website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
Jump in with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
Strong proficiency with software systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot preferred
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent follow‑through
Comfort working independently in an unstructured environment
Customer‑focused mindset and a personable, engaging style
