What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection

Answer phone calls and assist customers in accordance with company policy, including pricing and product recommendations

Maintain and secure the cash drawer, processing various payment methods accurately

Handle returns and exchanges in a friendly manner, adhering to company policies

Perform daily operational tasks, including inventory management and in-store customer services, as permitted by local laws

What is Required (Qualifications)

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Capable of multitasking effectively, managing both in-store and phone inquiries

Familiarity with automotive parts and sales or service is preferred

ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, are desirable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with cataloging and the weatherly index system

Previous experience in automotive sales or service environments

Bilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish

ASE certification
