Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you enjoy helping others and are looking for a long-term career in a family-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications
Prior experience scheduling HVAC or Plumbing service calls a plus
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, motivated, and eager to succeed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and service needs
Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Prioritize and schedule calls based on urgency and technician availability
Update and maintain accurate customer and job information in company software
Sell preventative maintenance agreements over the phone
Provide exceptional service to every customer interaction
