We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

ADON / Infection Preventionist

to help lead clinical excellence, protect our residents and staff, and strengthen our infection prevention practices.

Role Highlights

Leading infection control planning, monitoring, and surveillance

Educating and training staff on best practices

Managing and responding to outbreaks

Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting

Driving quality improvement initiatives

Supporting documentation and resource management

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications

BSN required (Master’s degree preferred)

Current PA RN Nursing license

Infection Prevention certification

Long-term care experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Knowledge of local, state, and federal infection control regulations
