Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries/requests/quotes Provide customer services including handling complaints or general assignment as defined by the department. Act as assistants to the sales staff. Communicate with internal and external sources to secure information. Data entry of shipments and process FTZ operations. Billing for all warehouse customers. Join meeting with customers, create meeting materials. Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct supervisor. Qualifications

Japanese bilingual preferred (writing and reading) Strong teamwork skills Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback Process improvement Organized - ability to deal with multiple tasks and/or projects being handled simultaneously Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable. Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
