James Hodge Auto Group Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automotive team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships. Job Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs and preferences Conduct product demonstrations and test drives Present pricing options, warranties, and financing options clearly Negotiate purchase terms and close sales effectively Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, and available inventory Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service Sales-driven with a commitment to achieving targets Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and negotiating deals Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
