Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, supervising site teams, maintaining quality control, and managing resources efficiently to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications
Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety protocols. Exceptional Organization Skills and proficiency to oversee schedules, manage financial resources, and achieve project milestones. Experience in Jobsite Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. Effective leadership and communication skills to lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve on-site challenges. Proficiency in using construction management software to track progress and maintain project documentation is highly desirable. Proven track record of working in commercial and industrial construction projects is a plus.
