Position Summary To increase sales and market share in addition to achieving territory sales goals in accordance with annual business plan. This position also requires knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing and administrative duties as well as being a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit. This position has a focus on developing the residential market.

Role Description

Focus on marketing duties related to residential market: Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Dealers.

Interface with Territory Manager in your territory to align strategy to gain market share in the residential market.

Gain thorough understanding of market dynamics and activities within our industry (Solid Surface, Quartz and Porcelain) and among key competitors.

Establish collaborative relationships with key customers throughout the value chain to gain preferred share position.

Gain market share and “share of mind” among independent K&B designers, fabricators, and architects & designers.

Understand, communicate and implement Residential and Commercial adoption and use of Salesforce.

Collect and report competitive intelligence within our industry and among our key product competitors.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout value chain through reliable customer service, delivery/supply and complaint issues (warranty and others).

Build key customer relationships and trust among top customers within region.

Requirements Education and Work Experience

Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication or related field preferred but not required.

Retail and/or residential interior products marketing experience preferred.

Experience setting up Marketing plan for Kitchen & Bath (K&B) markets

Experience planning and production of promotional materials directed toward K&B designers

Experience Planning and production of digital marketing (SNS, Website, ENL etc.)

Initiate and co-work with digital marketing colleagues

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills.

Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge.

Energy and focus to achieve goals and be result orientated.

Ability to think and work independently.

Ability to be a team player, working with others for a common goal.

Physical Demands

Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.

Position requires minimal lifting up to 45 lbs.

Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

Position requires travel 60% - 80% of time in territory
