Position Overview Role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within a designated region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing relationships and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical device industry with a proven track record of success in their territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for building relationships with advanced selling techniques (e.g., Miller Heiman, TAS, Spin Selling, etc.)

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets

Conducts territory reviews and provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's capabilities, including market trends and competitive landscape

Defines long-term and short-term sales strategy for the region.

Achieves satisfactory profit margin(s) with each account.

Works closely with engineering and program management office to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and drive market expansion.

Maintain accurate and timely records, sales forecasts and account activity reports including pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Coordinates closely with BD specialists for collaborated handoffs

Travel as needed

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

8+ years sales experience in the medical device industry

Proven experience in growing key customer business year over year.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as established by internal / external customers

Experience in solution selling

Proven record of developing deep customer relationships and seen as a value contributor by customers.

Ability to effectively present information to senior management, intercompany groups and most importantly to any individual or group representing our customer.
