Position Responsibilities
Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
Strategically manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high‑impact performance
Will collaborate across all beverage divisions, including a diverse portfolio of leading spirits brands
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain insurance coverage in accordance with company and state requirements.
Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products
