Complete Care at Inglemoor is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead clinical operations at our 62-bed skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and clinical excellence in a smaller, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all nursing services to ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Maintain survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives
Monitor clinical documentation, care planning, and outcomes
Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Address resident and family concerns professionally and compassionately
Qualifications
Active
RN license in the state of New Jersey
Prior Director of Nursing experience or strong Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting
Solid knowledge of state and federal regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to support staff on the floor when needed
