entry‑level Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative . This is an

hourly, non‑commission

sales role. We want someone with a strong customer service mindset who is ready to learn. We will train you to sell the Creative MultiCare way. Position Overview

You will work in the field and build relationships with property management teams. You will help us find new opportunities and support existing accounts. You will pick up and drop off a company vehicle

daily

at our office on

SouthCrest Parkway in Stockbridge, GA . Most of your day will be spent driving and visiting properties in the

Atlanta Metro

area. Schedule & Work Location

Full‑time, field‑based role Expected field hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekends:

Stockbridge office (SouthCrest Parkway) Must live within a reasonable driving distance of our Stockbridge office What You’ll Do

Visit properties and introduce Creative MultiCare services Build relationships with onsite property management teams Set appointments and follow up on leads Take notes and track activity using a smartphone/computer Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handoff and great service Represent the company in a professional, customer‑friendly way What We Offer

Bilingual in English and Spanish

(spoken and written) At least 21 years old

(for insurance purposes) Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record (MVR required) Customer service mindset and comfort talking with new people Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Basic smartphone and computer skills Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable commute to the Stockbridge office each workday No lifting requirements beyond light marketing materials
