Overview Scope

of Responsibilities:

The Proposal Analyst is responsible for the accurate and efficient calculation and analysis of an RFP proposal and related requests. The Analyst will also collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate and maximizes business opportunities. Analyst will be required to present final findings in a complete and professional manner to prospect and internal stakeholders.

Job Summary:

You will partner with Data and Analytics team to create solutions for processing proposals in most efficient and accurate way. Help build out pipelines for data and processes that will allow for proposals to be completed in quickest and most accurate manner. Create an environment that will maximize the quantity of proposals that are processed to help increase sales growth.

Responsibilities Job Duties:

Document current manual processes that need to be automated and partner with Data and Analytics team to implement automation

Help develop data pipelines to automate manual processes

Partner with RFP team to ensure that contracted financial deal points are accurately captured in CRM

Collaborate with other internal stakeholders and departments to gather data needed to answer Prospects questions

Preparing proposals, presentations, and other documents used to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

Reviewing proposals and presentations to ensure compliance with company protocols and standards

Perform ad hoc requests for analysis related to proposals

Working with prospective and current clients to identify business needs and goals and create proposals that meet those needs while also showcasing ProAct’s capabilities

Follow up with Sales department for feedback on proposals and suggest improvements or modifications that may be better received

Maintain appropriate documentation of applications and business processes

Share knowledge with peers and others and supports knowledge management efforts

Participates in developing individual skill sets to meet today and tomorrow’s business needs

Qualifications Education:

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related field

Experience:

Preferred: 2-3 or more years previous experience in related position

Preferred: Experience using Excel to perform analytics

Ability to multitask and project manage multiple proposals at once

Special Conditions of Employment:

Drug test

Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

All additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$60,000-70,000 Annual
