The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in web design and front-end development. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
