Purpose of Job: Responsible for Biolchim Tarım (the Turkish subsidiary of Biolchim) sales and technical activities in the assigned regions. This role combines agronomic expertise with commercial responsibility, focusing on customer management, market development, and sustainable business growth.
Areas of responsibility include the Antalya (cost line from Gazipaşa to Finike, highlands Elmalı, Korkuteli, Isparta, Burdur, Bucak) and Central Anatolia regions, with support to other regions (Aegean, Çukurova, Marmara, Muğla) when required.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage sales and technical activities to drive consistent growth
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regional activities
Prepare market reports, technical presentations, and trial evaluations
Conduct frequent field visits, customer Meetings, and on-farm support
Organize technical seminars, demonstrations, and product trials
Implement and monitor trials and report results to the technical team in Italy
Provide effective solutions to customer needs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in agriculture or technical sales
Resident in Antalya
Valid B-class driving license
Completed military service (if applicable)
Fluency in Turkish and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel and work effectively in dynamic environments
