Senior Compliance Associate

We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading hedge fund who are seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to join its global compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong compliance generalist to work alongside a large team of attorneys and compliance professionals while gaining broad exposure across a sophisticated platform. Partner closely with the legal and compliance team to support day-to-day compliance operations and strategic priorities. Help maintain and enhance the Compliance Program, including policies, procedures, Code of Ethics, and certifications. Support monitoring and testing, including personal trading, conflicts, gifts & entertainment, communications review, and marketing oversight. Assist in managing regulatory filings, exams, and audits, including evidence gathering and coordination with internal/external stakeholders. Salary range:

$150k - $175k base with an additional bonus structure on top of that. Ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of generalist compliance topics (Code of Ethics, conflicts, MNPI, marketing rule, disclosures, recordkeeping, etc.)
