What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development of new and existing end‑user customers, focusing on the packaging portfolio in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e‑fulfillment markets
Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to pursue new opportunities
Set and achieve sales goals using available resources and strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel in the buying process to meet territory sales objectives
Contribute to the development of growth targets that align with business plans for territory and account penetration
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory
Current, valid driver’s license
Ability to utilize financial data to drive sales
Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com
Technical/mechanical understanding related to packaging solutions
