Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a CRM Functional Analyst Role to join their team. As a CRM Functional Analyst Role, you will be part of the Customer Experience department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Partner with team members to research and document customer experience and business needs
Support initiatives to collect and manage customer insight data
Translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration
Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics D365 modules to meet evolving business requirements
Provide user support, training, and drive system adoption across departments
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
