Copywriter

Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Copywriter with 5+ years' experience for a long term contract--This role really requires a strong copywriter with a mix of packaging, social, digital and strong product messaging.

It would primarily support the skincare function for the brand, so knowledge about the category and clinical claims is ideal.

Day in the life:

Work closely with creative and product teams to write effective copy to drive sales and interest

Create copy for packaging, social, digital and strong product messaging.

Revise and edit existing copy

Work with producers to write scripts for commercials/infomercials

Organize ideas in a way that is easy to communicate to the teams you're directly collaborating with

Develop work that is on strategy and on brand

Requirements:

8+ years professional experience as a Copywriter

Ideally working on an in house branding or marketing team

Ability to effectively communicate with across multiple departments (creative, production and producers, marketing)

Detail oriented

Previous experience writing for consumer goods/products

Must have experience writing for packaging

Experience with social media, product messaging and brand storytelling required
