Lead and manage end-to-end tender process, including prospecting new clients, build and manage key client relationships, perform analysis for high-end solutions and services that meet or predict clients' future needs.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end tender process, including: Create, identify and convert opportunities to viable prospects that can be efficiently won by Petrosea whilst minimizing the project risk to be borne by Petrosea.

Provides intelligence, expertise and direction on bid packages from budgetary proposal to tender to post-tender negotiation.

Perform project/client due diligence, partner assessment, prepare pre-tender agreements, prospect registration and assessment. Number of Prospects to the stage of bid submission or submission of binding proposal.

Defines and implements short-term and long-term Strategic Business Plan to achieve company's financial targets and sustainable growth, including: Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.

Have a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.

Conduct primary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment, where required. Number of Opportunity Knocks registered in PROBOS

Plan and develop BD strategy in E and C such that clients choose Petrosea by negotiation rather than open tender. Number of prospects obtained through negotiations

Identify the projects that can be won with whilst minimizing wasted estimating effort. Number of projects won with winning input from BD Manager.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education Bachelor's Degree of Business management

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min. 8-11 years previous experience in Business Development and Project Management. Estimating experience is advantageous.

Experience with asset/equipment management system/application : ERP, Maintenance and Reliability, Data Processing and Predictive Maintenance

Strong knowledge of business model and strategy development, financial analysis and capital engineering

Able to work extended hours to meet / entertain clients and owners.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
