What This Actually Looks Like You’ll represent Routt Home Team in every deal. That means treating clients like family, communicating clearly, and doing what you say you’re going to do.
You’ll work with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors—the whole spectrum. You’ll leverage our systems and marketing, so you’re not starting from scratch. You’ll collaborate with the team when it makes sense.
And yeah, you’ll work hard. This isn’t a 9‑5. Real estate doesn’t work that way. But you’ll build something you’re proud of.

Understand this business is about relationships, not just transactions
Actually care about doing what’s best for clients, even when it costs you a deal
Are self‑motivated—I can’t babysit you, and I won’t
Want to be part of a team, not just use us for leads
Are coachable and hungry to grow
Can handle the highs and lows without losing their mind
Show up, do the work, and don’t make excuses
New to real estate? That’s fine. I’d rather train someone with the right attitude than deal with a "seasoned pro" who thinks they know everything.
Experienced agent? Even better. Just leave the ego at the door.
Qualifications The Requirements
Active California real estate license (or be willing to get one)
