
Account Manager (Maintenance)
Responsibilities
Understand and communicate customers needs and requirements. Provides timely service to customers and distributors. Understand equipment solutions and services. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Works closely with Sales Director to manage relationships with customers and distributors. Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Comfortable building relationships with key customers and distributors. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey detailed and complicated messages to varied audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn CRM software and other systems quickly. Ability to document processes.
