Overview Lutron Electronics has an opening on the

Inside Sales Team

to support the growth of the Budget Blinds channel at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. This position offers an opportunity to learn more about Lutron's mid‑market residential shading customers and products, while utilizing your sales, relationship‑building and technical skills. In this role, you will communicate with new and existing channel partners in the Budget Blinds channel, helping with product education, product selection, selling support, lead referrals and order coordination. You will also interact with Lutron salespeople in local markets for a coordinated customer selling model. As a part of the Inside Sales team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer‑focused skills by providing outstanding sales support that will contribute to the overall growth of Lutron's residential business.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Lutron channel partners via phone, e‑mail, chat, and Teams as their main sales contact at Lutron.

Utilize our systems, such as Salesforce and NICE inContact, to manage customer interactions and relationships, schedule upcoming meetings, and track KPIs including overall account growth, product category growth, and account activity.

Onboard new accounts and educate accounts on how to navigate working with Lutron.

Train existing accounts to utilize proven selling approaches and sales tools in order to grow sales.

Answer questions/resolve issues in a timely manner.

Utilize your creative and "outside of the box" thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business.

Build a solid knowledge of our innovative lighting and shading products & solutions.

Gain an understanding of market dynamics in the mid‑market residential shading market space.

Qualifications

Less than 2 years of customer‑centric, professional experience and a Bachelor's degree required OR more than 2 years of customer‑centric, professional experience and a high school diploma required.

If you have less than 2 years of customer‑centric, professional experience and a Bachelor's degree, a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA is required.

Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate an in‑office schedule.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to efficiently work in a fast‑paced environment while navigating multiple systems.
