You will join a newly created division focused on bringing institutional spaces such as cafeterias, common areas, and multipurpose rooms to life through wall decor, murals, decals, and environmental graphics. This team works closely with internal space planners and sales teams, creating complementary design presentations and decor solutions that align with already developed furniture layouts. This is a senior‑level role with high ownership. You will help shape the offering from the ground up, influencing both creative direction and execution standards. About Athyna

Review completed space plans, including layouts, dimensions, and elevations. Design wall decor solutions that enhance and complement proposed furniture layouts. Create murals, decals, and environmental graphics suitable for commercial and institutional environments. Adapt designs to specific wall conditions such as drywall, brick, concrete, CMU, or glass. Select appropriate materials based on surface type, durability, and installation constraints. Advise on feasibility, longevity, maintenance, and installation considerations. Collaborate with production and installation partners to ensure designs are executable. Prepare polished, customer‑facing presentations that visually showcase decorated spaces. Create clear product lists with associated costs for each proposed decor solution. Upload presentations and documentation to internal project management boards for sales use. Collaborate closely with internal space planners, sales teams, and external partners. Participate in calls with US‑based stakeholders as needed. Skills you have 5 plus years of professional experience in environmental graphics, wall decor, murals, or interior graphics. Strong understanding of materials, production methods, and installation realities. Proven ability to translate spatial drawings into finished visual concepts. Strong presentation skills with a clean, professional aesthetic. Excellent English communication skills. Highly proactive, self directed, and comfortable working in a newly formed division. Hands‑on experience working with printers, fabricators, or installers. Experience designing for institutional environments such as schools, cafeterias, or public spaces.
