Job Description Busy Allstate Agent looking for Licensed Sales Producers. Candidates without an insurance license but possessing a sales background will also be considered.
Base PLUS Excellent Commissions and a Professional Career path.
Key Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes and closing sales
Meeting and exceeding new business goals
Qualifications What you need to bring to the table:
An upbeat, positive, outgoing and competitive personality
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Confident and highly motivated self-starter
Work well in teams or independently
A terrific presenter, and a barracuda closer
Career minded vision
Follow through and exceed expectations
Additional Information COMPENSATION
Competitive Base Salary plus commission
Bonuses available as well based on meeting goals
