We're seeking a driven, personable Fundraising Manager who thrives on daily outreach to help us fundraise for Logos and explore institutional avenues for future funding with HNWI, family offices, and institutions that have an interest in confidential infrastructure for wealth management. This is a sales role with direct P&L impact: you’ll own the entire capital raise process, from crafting high‑conviction narratives to closing commitments and managing post‑investment relationships.

Key Responsibilities (Execution‑Focused)

Fundraising Execution (70% of role)

Refine and execute a comprehensive investor engagement strategy that aligns with project goals across Co‑founders & multiple teams

Structure hybrid financing instruments: grants, SAFEs, token warrants, convertible notes, and direct token allocations

Translate complex privacy technology into high‑conviction investment narratives for institutional allocators, crypto VCs, HNWIs, and family offices

Proactively seek out new investors through cold outreach & network leveraging (80% of time actively prospecting and building relationships)

Investor Network Management (20%)

Maintain 50+ active investor relationships through structured touchpoints, milestone updates, and strategic calls

Serve as the primary touchpoint for investor inquiries, coordinating earnings calls, AMAs, and investor events alongside Co‑founders

Develop investor confidence by communicating financial performance, progress toward milestones, and future plans with transparent, consistent messaging

Map and activate investor value‑add beyond capital (technical partnerships, ecosystem integrations, governance participation)

Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and regulatory‑compliant communications

Track valuation benchmarks (FDV/MC ratios, TVS growth) for privacy infrastructure projects and comparable Web3 infrastructure

Monitor regulatory developments and best practices affecting digital asset fundraising across key jurisdictions

Provide real‑time feedback to product and leadership teams on investor sentiment, competitive positioning, and market opportunities

Maintain CRM cadence and pipeline hygiene to enable data‑driven fundraising decisions

What you bring

Experience in, and a passion for Web3, and its potential to change the world.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Sales DNA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations/sales, with an existing network of crypto VCs, family offices, or digital asset allocators including quota‑carrying sales, business development, or capital markets roles

Solid understanding of the investment landscape and experience working in‑house with growth‑stage start‑ups / scale‑ups and infrastructure projects.

Proven track record closing funding in Web3 fundraising – preferably infrastructure projects

Deep familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors

Superb written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring communities and investors.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Excellent attention to detail & a blend of financial markets knowledge.

Proven track record of successfully managing investor relations programs (preferably in Web3, including deep understanding of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and privacy tech (zero‑knowledge proofs, confidential computing).

Negotiation and analytical skills including structuring competitive deals while maintaining momentum and an understanding of financial models, valuations, and tokenomics

Previous experience in hedge funds, pooled investments and fundraising for infrastructure projects.

Financial fluency in other languages.

Background in Computer Science, Finance or Political Science.

Passion for network states, parallel societies, or alternative governance models.
