We are looking for a

Senior Marketplaces Manager

to fully own and scale our marketplace business in Brazil across key partners such as

Magazine Luiza, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee, and others . You will directly own the

commercial strategy ,

pricing ,

promotions ,

catalog , and

P&L performance

of the channel, supported by 1–2 interns for operational and content execution.

This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role, ideal for someone who can move between strategy and execution with speed, while navigating high‑growth marketplace ecosystems. You will partner closely with our

Marketplaces Marketing Team ,

Operations , and

Regional Product Performance , but ownership of the channel sits with you.

What you’ll do:

Own and steer the

full P&L

of the Marketplace channel.

Define annual, quarterly, and monthly

commercial strategies

for each platform (Amazon, Meli, Magalu, Shopee).

Set growth targets and lead initiatives to maximize

sales, margin, and operational performance .

Own the

pricing architecture

and day‑to‑day price updates for all marketplaces.

Build promotional calendars and decide campaign participation across platforms.

Be the main point of contact for all marketplaces.

Lead

JBP meetings, quarterly reviews, negotiations, deal submissions, and visibility investments .

Oversee the full catalog: listings, variations and lead content improvements.

Align with the

Marketplaces Marketing Team

(search, display, ads) on

budget allocation, visibility opportunities, campaign plans, deal submissions .

Collaborate with Operations to ensure

stock accuracy

and demand forecasting.

Manage and develop 1–2 interns supporting listings, customer interactions, reporting, and daily operations.

Who we’re looking for:

+4 years in

E-commerce, Marketplaces, Account Management, Commercial, or Growth

roles.

Experience managing Amazon, Mercado Libre, or

Magalu

accounts is a strong advantage.

Experience in scale‑ups or high‑growth environments preferred.

Strong commercial acumen —understands pricing, demand elasticity, promo levers, and marketplace dynamics.

Analytical & data‑driven —ability to run analyses, build dashboards, and make decisions based on clear insights.

Excellent communication & negotiation —strong presence with partners and internal stakeholders.

Structured & organized —able to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple stakeholders and interns.

Go‑getter mindset —proactive, hands‑on, fast execution, high ownership.

Team leadership —ability to mentor junior profiles and drive accountability.

Fluent in Portuguese & English.
