Provides a broad spectrum of internal communications, including proactively sourcing story and content ideas from within the organization to create, write, edit and distribute clear,compelling, and consistent deliverables. Collaborates with corporate communications, divisions and line of business partners to develop content. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues. Ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.Delivers againsteditorial calendars and ensures all content is consistent with our Brand, Vision, Purpose and Values.Monitorsand analyzes content performance to continuously improve the user experience through design enhancements, personalization, and feedback loops.Assumes additional responsibilities as required to fulfill departmental goals.Bachelor’s degreerequired; experience in bankingor financial services preferred.3 to 5yearsofcommunicationsexperience.Excellentattention to detail along with superbwriting, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to deliver against tight deadlines when they arise, resolve issues, and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent project management skills andexceptional atmulti-tasking and prioritizing.Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in technology utilized to communicate effectively such as Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Salesforce etc.Experience with analytics tools and user experience design preferred.Self-motivated with excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
