Collaborate with leadership to understand design direction and seasonal themes. Research trends and assist in developing product concepts from idea to production. Support the design and introduction of new product lines. Prepare design presentations and communicate ideas effectively. Create sketches and work with production teams to ensure quality. Participate in product review sessions and contribute to continuous improvements. Engage with external vendors and stay informed on relevant industry trends. Requirements
Experience in apparel design preferred, ideally within women’s fashion. Understanding of garment construction and design principles. Proficiency in design tools and software. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
