Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, you will: Lead and execute the Safety Manufacturing strategy aligned with company objectives

Oversee all manufacturing and distribution operations with a focus on productivity, cost, and quality

Build, lead, and develop high-performing manufacturing teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs

Develop KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

Own and manage division budgets and financial performance

Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence

Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy, expansion, and advanced manufacturing technology

Ensure a safe and compliant work environment in collaboration with EHS teams

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution

Proven track record of driving productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives

Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and P&L leadership

Experience leading a business unit or division

Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or related field

MBA preferred
