Major Responsibilities:

Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

Prepare proposals, process applications, and follow up on underwriting

Build long-term client relationships and provide policy reviews

Provide professional support for client inquiries and servicing needs

Maintain accurate and thorough client records in the system

Cross-sell additional insurance or financial products when appropriate

Qualifications:

Active Life & Health insurance license required

Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written)

At least 1 year of experience in life or health insurance preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer‑first mindset with problem‑solving abilities

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

We provide training to help you prepare for certification.
