What We Offer:
$18-$20/hr (depending on experience)
Commissions: Up to $2,500/year

Flexible Scheduling (Workdays, Weekends, Mornings, or Evenings available)
What You'll Do:
Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience
What We’re Looking For:
Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high‑quality customer service (preferred)
Self‑Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial
