Sr. JMRC / On-Site Representative
Duty Description
The JMRC / On-Site Representative serves as the primary on-site liaison providing advisory, coordination, and oversight support at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Germany. This position ensures training, simulation, instrumentation, and operational support activities are executed in accordance with mission objectives and U.S. Army readiness priorities.
The individual operates independently in a secure, multinational environment and coordinates closely with Government leadership, supported military units, and contractor teams to ensure seamless execution of supported activities.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary on-site point of contact for Government stakeholders, JMRC leadership, and program offices; providing SETA-level advisory support to activities supporting JMRC exercises, rotations, and multinational training events; and coordinating daily activities between Government personnel and contractor teams.
The JMRC / On-Site Representative supports planning, execution, and sustainment activities, ensuring alignment with Army training objectives and operational schedules. The role monitors contract performance, supports compliance with requirements, milestones, and deliverables, and facilitates communication and issue resolution between on-site stakeholders and off-site leadership.
Additional duties include tracking risks, issues, and dependencies impacting TSO execution; supporting after-action reviews (AARs), lessons learned, and continuous improvement efforts; assisting with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling and operational reporting; and supporting site access coordination, logistics, and administrative activities related to TSO-supported events.
The individual represents contractor interests professionally while strictly adhering to Government direction, ethics requirements, and SETA boundaries.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Engineering, Military Science, Logistics, Program Management, or a related discipline
Required Experience
Minimum of 10 years
of experience supporting U.S. Army training, simulation, instrumentation, or operational environments
Demonstrated experience with:
SETA support and Government advisory roles
Coordination of training or operational activities
Contract performance oversight and PWS compliance
Working in multinational, joint, or NATO environments
Independent operation in overseas or operationally focused settings
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with JMRC operations and rotational training environments
Experience supporting exercises, rotations, or large-scale training events in Europe
Security Requirements
Active Secret security clearance (minimum) required
Eligibility for TS/SCI
may be required based on TSO tasking and Government direction
Must be authorized to handle
Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
and operate within secure Government facilities
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel within Germany and the European theater in support of JMRC operations
Must meet all U.S. Government and host-nation access requirements
Willingness to support extended or irregular hours during major JMRC rotations and exercises.
