This is a unique, high-impact role designed for a driven individual who will begin by leadingleasing strategy and execution—gaining critical insight into our Florida industrial portfolio and brand—before transitioning to lead allleasing, asset management and business development effortsacross our Industrial pipeline in Florida.This role offers significant exposure to both the operational and transactional sides of the business. It is ideal for someone with strong leasing and asset management experience who is looking to step into astrategic, cross-functional rolewithin a high-growth organization.Job FunctionsLeasing Strategy and Execution* Implement leasing strategy and execution for existing and new developments, with a focus on high-priority lease-ups in Florida.* Serve as Woodmont’sregional partnerleading all leasing efforts for our Florida industrial assets.* Collaborate with internal asset management and third-party leasing teams to drive occupancy and rent growth.* Coordinate letter of intent (LOI) and request for proposal (RFP) responses and oversee lease marketing strategy with third-party leasing teams.* Analyze and track market comps and performance metrics to inform pricing, positioning, and deal strategy throughout our portfolio.* Attend property tours, tenant meetings, networking events, and property walkthroughs.Asset Management* Together with the Vice President, Industrial, manage all aspects of industrial asset management in Florida, including external communication with partners as well as internal communication between the facilities manager, accounting, legal and any other applicable departments as needed to meet the business needs.* Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of industrial assets within the Florida portfolio.* Manage tenant relationships, serving as point of contact for lease-related issues, overseeing tenant improvement work, and all other tenant correspondence.* Together with the Property Management and Accounting Departments, prepare annual budgets, reforecasts, CAM reconciliations, and quarterly business plans for Florida assets.WhatWe’reLooking For* 5+ years of experience in real estate, withstrong familiarity of the Florida industrial market and demonstratedsuccess ina leasing role.* Strong understanding of real estate finance, leasing, property management, and construction processes.* Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and property performance metrics.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, agile, and eager to lead.* Willingness and ability to travelfrequentlyand on short notice (within Florida).* Bachelor’s degreerequired;degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.Travel RequirementsThis role is based in Florida with trips to the home office in Fairfield, NJ as needed.* Be part of a growing, entrepreneurial company with a strongtrack recordand exciting pipeline.* Gain hands-on exposure to bothleasing and asset management functionswithin a high-growth industrial platform.* Work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.* Enjoy a collaborative, high-energy environment that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
