Network/Unified Communications Manager

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing and supervising all voice, data and video communication services and technology infrastructure provided by the Information Technology (IT) department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The individual should have strong knowledge of advanced networking technologies, including routing/switching, voice, wireless, private fiber, private cellular, Cisco network infrastructures, Cisco voice infrastructures, and network security. The individual oversees the execution of cable, telephone and network related projects, identifies resources needed and coordinates and assigns work to network staffs to meet the changing needs and requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field is required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an enterprise environment with network and voice support responsibilities is required. Prior experience in a team leadership role within an enterprise technology support team is required. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification is preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess a valid FL Driver’s License and able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
