Dig World
Please email alex@digworldnation.com an Instagram reel, Youtube video/short, Tiktok that you have shot, edited, and posted.
Dig World is a construction-themed adventure park where guests operate real equipment in a safe, family-friendly environment. We’re proud to be officially partnered with Caterpillar Inc. and Dude Perfect, bringing together real machines and one of the world’s most recognizable family-friendly entertainment brands.
As we prepare to open our DFW location, we’re looking for a rare creator who doesn’t just “know social” you personally produce content that performs. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. If you’re looking for a position where you mainly manage freelancers or agencies, this isn’t it.

Office: 1785 TX-26 Suite 200, Grapevine, TX 76051
Who We Are We’re a small, hands‑on team based in Grapevine, TX, currently three people strong and scaling fast. As we prepare to open our Dig World DFW park, we expect to grow to a team of 30–40 by opening. Join us early and help build something special from the ground up.
Who You Are You’re the person who:
Instinctively spots viral angles in everyday moments and knows how to create attention
Can turn one hour park visit into a full week of high‑performing content
Edits fast and with taste—strong hooks, clean pacing, captions that land, and platform‑native sound
Actually logs in, publishes, tags partners, and engages in the comments across all channel
Is driven to build a following and foster engagement—not just “make content” and check a box
What You'll Own
Independently generate strong ideas and maintain a detailed content calendar (original concepts + smart trend adaptations)
Film on‑site content: construction updates, guest experiences, attraction videos, behind‑the‑scenes moments, staff stories, and more
Edit short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Stories, etc.
Write compelling captions and post natively (intentional tagging, hashtags, and platform features)
Experience Requirements
3+ years of proven experience shooting and editing high‑impact social‑first content for brands (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Expertise in Native Social Platform Editing (CapCut), and Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced editing, color grading, and sound mixing.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to tell engaging stories quickly and apply social‑specific editing techniques.
Impeccable organizational skills and experience managing multiple, fast‑paced projects under tight deadlines.
Exceptional sense of timing, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary range:
$55,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
Schedule:
This role is primarily Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) and based fully on‑site.
Occasionally—approximately two weekend days per month—you’ll be scheduled to work on high‑traffic Saturdays or Sundays, special events, or later park hours when content opportunities are best.
When weekend work is required, you’ll receive a weekday off to keep your schedule balanced. Flexibility is important, but this is not a regular weekend role—just the reality of capturing content when the park is at its peak.
