They are looking for a Motion Designer to shape and elevate the company’s visual identity across brand, product, and marketing. Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, and brand assets across channels. Expand and systematize the brand and motion design framework for scalability. Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales to stories and campaigns to life. Lead creative discussions, set design direction, and ensure consistent brand identity. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-output environment. What we’re looking for
3+ years of professional experience in brand and motion design. Strong portfolio showcasing motion and visual design expertise. Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Confident communicator and collaborator across functions. Hungry, scrappy, and energized by building at scale. Competitive salary
$100K–$180K
