This is a limited contract, project-based role. Qualified candidates may be onboarded in advance and activated when projects arise, with timing and workload dependent on client needs.

What You’ll Do The Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support marketing initiatives (Digital, Print, Shopper, HCP, CRM, etc.), and communication goals across digital and print channels. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visual solutions that resonate with target audiences and align with brand standards. The position requires the proven ability to develop creative executions that are forward-thinking, in line with current media trends, and aligned with the overall strategy.

Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including multichannel experiences, which may include videos, websites, digital advertising, emails, eCommerce, digital and printed sales materials, and in-store marketing

Interpret creative briefs and concepts, translating them into visually effective and on-brand designs

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while evolving visual styles as needed

Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives

Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and technical specifications

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of design experience at an in-house or advertising agency

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Art Director, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work

Ability to receive feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with digital design tools (Figma) is a plus

Knowledge of basic motion graphics, web design, or UX/UI principles is a plus (but not required)
