Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support New Product Development initiatives by coordinating projects from customer requirements through commercial launch. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and cross‑functional internal teams, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and project milestones are met.
Responsibilities include:
Managing customer communication throughout the product development lifecycle Coordinating cross‑functional teams to support successful product launches Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Supporting initial orders, samples, documentation, and launch activities Ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in account management, project coordination, manufacturing, or customer‑facing roles Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with standard office and project management tools Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative products while collaborating with diverse teams and customers.
