About Navigo Marketing Navigo Marketing is a boutique growth agency focused exclusively on
beauty and skincare brands
across Amazon and connected commerce channels (Amazon, DTC, paid social, retail adjacency).
We work with ambitious brands doing real revenue and help them scale with clarity, discipline, and strong execution. We intentionally keep our client roster tight and cut bad‑fit accounts to protect quality and outcomes.
We’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a
Brand Manager
who can independently own a portfolio of beauty brands and operate as the quarterback of a pod.
The Role As a Brand Manager, you will be the primary owner of 4–5 beauty brands, responsible for performance, communication, and coordination across channels.
This is
not a junior account role . You will be expected to lead strategy, manage complexity, and operate with a high level of autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Own day‑to‑day client relationships and communication
Lead strategy for beauty brands across Amazon and connected commerce
Coordinate paid media, content, design, and operations specialists
Translate performance data into clear, confident client narratives
Manage timelines, priorities, and scope
Identify risks early and elevate proactively
Ensure Amazon fundamentals are handled correctly (catalog health, inventory awareness, promotions, etc.)
Act as the internal advocate for your brands
What Success Looks Like
Clients feel informed, confident, and supported
Specialists have clarity and direction
Brands hit performance goals without chaos
You manage your book independently without constant oversight
Scope is protected and expectations are well managed
Required Experience (Non‑Negotiable)
Beauty or skincare industry experience
(brand-side or agency)
3–6+ years managing ecommerce or Amazon‑focused brands
Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals (ads, catalog, inventory dynamics)
Experience working with paid media teams (Amazon Ads, paid social, Google)
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
If you do not have beauty experience, this role will not be a fit.
What We’re Looking For
Clear, confident communicator
Highly organized and proactive
Comfortable owning outcomes and making decisions
Calm under pressure; not reactive
Experience in an agency environment is a strong plus
What This Is Not
Not a junior or coordinator role
Not a pure execution role
Not a “do everything yourself” position
You’ll be supported by specialists, your job is to
lead , not grind.
Why Join Navigo
Clear pod ownership and accountability
Real autonomy with support
Beauty-focused client roster
Leadership that values systems over heroics
Long‑term growth opportunities as the company scales
401(k) and benefits , not contractor roulette
