Membership Sales Associate - Bee Clean Express Car Wash

Whether you’re starting your career or looking to take it to the next level, we’re here to support your journey. **Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role** As a Membership Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options. You'll educate them on the benefits of joining the Unlimited Wash Club, promote monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsell additional products to existing customers. In addition to these core responsibilities, your workday will also include, but is not limited to:Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred) Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
