Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Key Account Manager – Foodservice based in California. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating strategies to meet client needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Key Account Management and experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
Strong analytical and business planning skills to identify market opportunities and develop strategies
Exceptional Customer Service skills with demonstrated success in understanding and fulfilling client needs
Experience in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting team goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
