Sales Associate
WEARE HIRING. (Company Description). EF DanceShoes is a Premium Dance Shoe Brand from United States, focusing on High‑end Ballroom/Latin Dance Shoes. Each design is unique and practical for current Professional Ballroom/Latin Dancers. This is an on‑site role for a Sales Associate located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Working hours are Monday–Saturday from 1–6 pm, working days are flexible.
Responsibilities The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, handling transactions, maintaining the store’s appearance, packing online orders, and helping with inventory management. They will also build customer relationships, meet sales targets, and stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
Customer service and relationship‑building skills.
Sales and product knowledge skills.
Inventory management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle transactions and work with point‑of‑sale systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous retail experience and/or ballroom dance experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
