Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive and Process Orders
Produce Shipping Labels and Manual Invoices
Process Orders Through Excel Spreadsheets/UPS or FedEx Portals
Answer Phone Calls
Input Replacement Part Requests Into Google Forms
Create Postage Labels for Shipping Replacement Parts
Various Office Duties Including Filing, Separating Shipping Labels, and Organizing Paperwork for Shipments
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, billing, or a related area.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Basic understanding of invoicing and crediting processes.
Strong Microsoft Office or Google Skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday [8:00am - 5:00pm] Must be Able to Work
