Responsibilities
Prepares estimates for repair work according to dealership, insurance company, and industry standards
Oversees delivery of repairs and manages customer expectations
Ensures required documentation is complete and in compliance with industry regulations and standards
Assigns work to technicians and ensures all work meets quality control standards
Maintains excellent customer service focus and documents all customer interactions for each job
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
Adheres to work schedule and maintains regular attendance
Performs Devils Lake Cars wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
Upholds Devils Lake Cars' ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
Qualifications
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic personal computer skills
Working knowledge of the automotive industry
Experience with CCC1 estimating preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants may be drug tested
