Portfolio Retention Manager - develop and execute strategies to keep existing clients / assets within the company's portfolio, focusing on analyzing customer data for runoff n risks, and improving satisfaction through targeted marketing, service improvements, and proactive problem-solving, often working across marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure client retention and minimization of portfolio runoff.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create campaigns, marketing materials, and communication workflows (like emails) to engage clients.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for project execution and reporting.
