About the Job

Build lasting relationships with homeowners through consultations that turn their vision into reality

Create detailed proposals with pricing, material selections, and design renderings for outdoor living projects

Guide clients through pool sales and design as well as product options including pavers, outdoor kitchens, and lighting.

Manage your own schedule of client appointments, follow-ups, and site visits

Prepare precise measurements, scaled drawings, and project scopes for installation teamsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth projects from proposal to production

Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM software to track client conversations and progress

Develop valuable connections with landscape architects, property managers, and local contractors

Qualifications

2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience in residential pool and landscape design, hardscape design, construction sales, or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Structure Studios, or similar) is a plus

Ability to read or create scaled drawings and design layouts

Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Experience with project estimation, pricing, or scope development (highly preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
